Kilkenny is a delightful Medieval City in the South East
of Ireland, an ideal base for exploring the South East of the Emerald
Isle. Places of interest in the city include Kilkenny Castle, overlooking
the River Nore which dates back to the 12th century. St. Canices Cathedral
and Round tower date back to the 13th century and there are many other
historical buildings to visit.
